Rick has forty years of experience as a software engineer and engineering manager. In the mid 80′s, Rick led the effort at Apple to enable Macintosh software applications to run on Apple’s first commercial UNIX operating system. In the early 90′s, he was the lead engineer in a group at the investment bank Salomon Brothers, where he helped produce a fault-tolerant real-time messaging system used to share data between traders, the sales force and the firm’s clients. In the late 90′s, Rick was an early member of WebTV, where he was the architect for the group that built the WebTV service. He left WebTV in 2000, after helping to transition the WebTV service into Microsoft’s MSN TV product following Microsoft’s acquisition of WebTV. In 2000, Rick became EVP of Engineering at National Healthcare Resources (NHR), where he led NHR’s successful software-as-a-service business. Rick later served as CTO of E-Line Media, a video game developer and publisher that is passionate about harnessing the power of games to help players understand and shape the world.

Matt is a visionary leader with a strong belief in the potential of young minds. He is the founder of Endless, a pioneering initiative dedicated to empowering children and teens to become creators of technology rather than just consumers. With a mission focused on imparting essential 21st Century skills such as coding, design, digital art, and management, Matt's work centers around three key pillars.

The first pillar, Endless Studios, is a youth game-making studio that harnesses the engaging power of games to impart the skills of Silicon Valley.

The remaining two pillars of Matt's mission address the critical issues of accessibility and equality. He recognizes that device affordability and internet access are significant barriers preventing billions of people from participating fully in the digital age.

In Matt's vision, Endless represents a world where every individual, regardless of their background or circumstances, is empowered to shape the future.

Craig has been part of the formation of the video game industry, all the way from his time at Sierra Online making the very first MMO. He went on to be vice president of production at EA partners. He has been a Vice President and General Manager at Activision, as well as VP of Product Development at Warner Brothers Games, where he has worked on countless historic IP game franchises including Lord of the Rings, Dungeon & Dragons, and multiple Marvel and DC superhero franchises. The most recent 8 years have been focused on taking this game making experience into global higher education at Pearson, where he was SVP of production and digital studio, running all of their educational content production worldwide.

Jumana Salem is the General Manager, EMEA at Endless Studios, where she champions a globally distributed game-making studio emphasizing collaboration and learning. With a MA in International Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, Jumana's extensive career spans leadership roles in prominent edtech firms like Injazat, Alef Education, Knewton, and Amplify. A fervent advocate for the intersection of education and technology, she actively promotes game development in the Middle East and offers mentorship opportunities.

Brian brings fifteen years of experience as an operating executive, technologist and entrepreneur at the intersection of technology and real-world services. Before joining as a founding member of the E-Line executive team, Brian co-founded Verus Partners, a private equity advisory firm, where he specialized in the development of custom technology platforms integrating electronic and real-world workflows. His clients included Lason, a multi-national outsourcing company that delivers service through over 70 independently owned micro-franchises in India and China (employing over 10,000 people). Prior to this, he served in several technology and operational rolls (including divisional Vice President of Operations) at Concentra, a national healthcare services provider with over $1B in revenue. At E-Line, he previously served as General Manager of the company's Gamestar Mechanic franchise, which empowers youth to explore their passion for designing and making video games through digital games, design tools and hands-on programs. His work as a writer and digital filmmaker has appeared at such venues as the Philadelphia Fringe Festival and at Yankee Stadium during the MLB playoffs.

Cory Pfeifer is a game designer specializing in level design. When Cory was in high school, he attended game development workshops through E-Line Media. He later went on to become an intern designing games at the same company. Now a senior studying game design at DigiPen Institute of Technology, Cory has worked as an intern for E-Line Media and Endless Studios over the past three years. Cory has experience programming, designing, writing, and producing assets for a variety of games and is happy to help with any questions related to game development or the Endless Studios platform.

Jillian is a game design program graduate from Delaware. She attended Albright College in Reading, PA where she studied game design principles, learned coding, and practiced art. She has worked with young people for years and is especially excited about teaching them about her passion for making games. In her free time, she enjoys playing games, writing novels, and making music.

Michael has spent his career as an operating executive and private equity investor in healthcare, education, and media, focused on how companies can achieve financial success and make positive impact in the world. In addition to his operating role at E-Line, Michael provides creative oversight of the Company’s diverse slate of impact games and is currently directing “Beyond Blue”, a game that celebrates the mystery and wonder of our ocean. Michael formerly served as the Executive Chairman of FilmAid International (an international relief organization that uses film and other media to bring critical information regarding health, security, and education to refugees and other displaced people) and on the Board of Directors of Sustainable South Bronx (a nonprofit organization that addresses economic and environmental issues in the South Bronx and throughout New York City through a combination of green jobs training, community greening programs, and social enterprise).

Jack Warshaw is a game designer and educator based out of New York City. Having developed games in both the digital and tabletop spaces, Jack seeks to create the unique experiences that come from the intersection of narrative, personal enrichment, and play.

Dan serves as Lead Technical Artist at Endless Studios. A graduate of The Art Institutes, Dan has spent over a decade implementing and managing technical art pipelines. Dan's specialization is character creation and he has deep experience across tools, including Blender, 3D Studio Max, and Unity, among others. Check out some of his work here.

Alex serves as Lead Gameplay Engineer at Endless Studios. With over half a dozen games shipped in 10+ years in the industry across various studios, Alex brings deep experience in game development, including both game and tools programming, as well as design. He has extensive experience in both Unreal Engine (C++) and Unity (C#).

13+ years of experience in project management / production and a lifetime passion for video games has led to 6 shipped titles and a few in active development. In the gaming industry, he has worked with a multitude of different teams with extremely different disciplines to create worlds that are fun, unique, and innovative. He is currently the Lead Producer at Revolving Games.

Houssem serves as an Art mentor and producer at Endless Studios. He is an active member and helping the Game Development Ecosystem in MENA to grow. He worked in the game industry for +10 years with students and professionals in different contexts and multiple positions.

Houssem served for 3 years on the Global Game Jam board of directors and currently, he is serving the International Game Developers Association.

Wesley has been working in the gaming industry for the past 14 years, working on various titles including mobile applications to cyber education and training. Much of Wesley’s experience comes from Art Direction and Leadership, kickstarting large scale projects, and leading cross discipline teams. He’s worked with larger franchises such as Kung Fu Panda and Jurassic World, and is passionate about the cross section between education and interactive media. This passion started while attending Champlain College and participating in their Emergent Media Center; kickstarting projects with the United Nations and targeting Gender Based Violence issues through educational games. Wesley is eager to bring his experience to bear at Endless Studios, and help curate the next generation of gaming professionals.

Born in Tunisia, Zied has grown up in the age of the retrogaming which made him fascinated by technologies and virtual world.

He started his path as a web developer, but as he is a gamer since his childhood he couldn't hold himself for long before turning into a game development and making a career out of it.

Professionally connected with the game industry for many years, he is here to share his experience and knowledge with everyone.

Anthony Arciero is a game designer with experience in digital design and creative storytelling. Based out of New Jersey, Anthony started as an intern for E-Line media, where he contributed to ongoing Unity projects and produced live content for Endless Studios. As Community Manager, Anthony continues this production with programs such as our weekly "Endless Report" podcast, working on our current game projects, and serving as a student mentor. Tony is incredibly passionate about the power of games in education, and seeks to use interactive media to shape the future of immersive experiences.
